Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges 
This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a return, refund, refill or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refill, your item must be less than 25% used for the following (for full refill details, see here):
-fewer than 4 hours burned for a 9oz candle (custom candles are not eligible for return)
-less than 2oz of pourable wax used

NOTE: 1.5oz candle tins are eligible for exchange only and must be returned unlit and in their entirety to be exchanged.

To return or exchange your product, mail your product to: Sweet Autumn Eclectic, 11483 N Tower Rd, Byron IL 61010, United States. All items must be in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item and I am not responsible for items lost if you choose not to use a trackable shipping method.

Non-returnable items:

  • Any item past the 30 day purchase window
  • Gift cards
  • 1.5oz unlit candle tins (may be exchanged only)
  • Any candle burned more than 25% (approx. 4 hours)
  • Any pourable wax with more than 2 ounces used
  • Custom orders.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days, less shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 30 days of receipt of your return, please contact us at Breanna@SweetAutumnEclectic.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):
With the exception of small candle tins, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and picture of the defective or damaged item to Breanna@SweetAutumnEclectic.com. If it is clear the damage or defect was due to an error on our part, a similar replacement will be sent out.

To exchange an unlit small candle tin for another fragrance in a small tin, mail your item(s) to: Sweet Autumn Eclectic, 11483 N Tower Rd, Byron IL 61010, United States. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to me, I will cover shipping costs of the replacement(s) to the customer.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the recipient, as a gift from the purchaser, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
