I ordered a candle and I've started burning it and I'm not happy with the fragrance. Can I get another fragrance?

I want you to be happy with the way your candle burns and smells. If you aren't happy with the fragrance, send it back to me if it's not been burned for more than about 4 hours. I will fill it again with a new fragrance one time at no charge. For more information, see refills.

I loved my candle and I want to burn another, but don't want to purchase another separate bowl, do you do refills?

Currently, I offer $20 refills for local customers (within 30 miles). I'm working on a solution for all of you non-locals! See here for all the details on a full refill.

How do I know what fragrances I might like?

If you are a sniff before you buy kind of person, I totally get it. Order some tins with the fragrances you think you might like. (Travel tins always have free shipping.) Or get in touch with me and I can help you pick something out that I think you (or your luck giftee) would like.

What's in your candles?

I use 100% all natural, additive free clean burning soy wax, cotton lead-free wicks and all the fragrance oils I use are phthalate free. If you prefer an unscented candle that still has a beautiful burn, please contact me and I'd be happy to make one for you.

What is your return policy?
